Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused components in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
